Adv. Amardeep Jaiswal is the Founder, Creator, Developer and Promoter of VakeelSahab.in, and is currently engaged in legal practice before the High Court of Madhya Pradesh at Jabalpur and other courts.
His professional journey has never been confined to a single discipline. It has moved through health sciences, clinical pathology, psychology, social development, public administration, law and technology. Each phase contributed a different way of looking at people, systems and practical problems.
That accumulated experience eventually converged in VakeelSahab.in—a legal-tech initiative designed to make advocate discovery, professional information and practical digital workflows more organised and accessible, while preserving the user's independent choice and the professional dignity of Advocates.
From science and human behaviour to grassroots administration, law and web development, his education and professional experience developed in layers rather than along a single conventional career path.
His early academic foundation was in Biology. At the undergraduate level, his studies included Pathology and allied science subjects, including Physics, building an early discipline of observation and analytical thinking.
He completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Pathology and also gained hands-on professional experience by operating and managing a pathology laboratory, combining scientific training with real-world responsibility.
He later completed postgraduate studies in Applied Psychology and worked professionally as a Psychologist. This phase strengthened his understanding of behaviour, communication, counselling, motivation and decision-making.
His social-sector work included establishing and leading Human Ability Development Organization, where he served for around a decade as Director and organised a range of developmental, awareness and human-capacity-oriented programmes and events.
He developed and worked on programmes intended to support the development of children with intellectual and developmental disabilities. His wider exploration of ability assessment also included substantial work with DMIT-related programmes and human-potential initiatives.
For approximately eight years, he served as a Coordinator in sanitation-related government programmes in District Katni, Madhya Pradesh. The role involved extensive field coordination with Gram Panchayats, rural communities, public representatives and administrative authorities.
During this period, he played an important role in sanitation initiatives covering approximately 89 Gram Panchayats and 181 villages, contributing to the implementation of the Nirmal Bharat Abhiyan and efforts connected with Nirmal Gram recognition.
His sanitation and community-development work also extended beyond Madhya Pradesh. He contributed to related initiatives in other states, including work associated with the Total Sanitation Campaign in Rajasthan.
His learning journey continued with LL.B., after which he entered the legal profession. Law brought together earlier experience in human behaviour, administration, documentation, public dealing and analytical problem-solving within a structured professional framework.
Technology remained a parallel interest throughout his journey. He pursued multiple computer-related courses, developed skills in digital documentation and web technologies, and worked on the development of several websites and web-based systems before applying that experience to legal-tech.
His years in public service and the social sector exposed him to administration at the grassroots, community mobilisation, programme implementation, training, public communication and institutional coordination.
Work across Gram Panchayats and villages required coordination between communities and administrative structures, field monitoring, behavioural-change communication and the practical implementation of public programmes.
Through Human Ability Development Organization, he worked on social and developmental initiatives, organised events and programmes, and explored structured approaches to individual ability, behaviour and development.
He is actively engaged in legal practice, including matters before the High Court of Madhya Pradesh at Jabalpur and other courts. He has a particular interest in factually, procedurally or legally complex matters and approaches difficult cases through detailed study of facts, documents, procedure and applicable law.
